Tom, Robin here; what do you think about using “Hard Money” Lenders? Can you offer some insight about using them?

TOM’S ANSWER – I don’t use hard money. My system is better – I call it soft money. With my system I do not have to pay points or balloon payments like hard money lenders charge.

And hard money is hard to get. Business lines of credit are easy to get and more flexible, that is why I never use hard money.

Thanks so much for your wonderful tele-seminar… It was very informative. 1) Would like to know if, once a person opens a business, if they need to become incorporated before being able to start getting unsecured lines of business credit? 2) If you are already incorporated, do you need to make a housing division before you start getting business credit? Thanks, I look forward to your reply… Elisha

TOM’S ANSWER – Yes, you need a entity like an LLC, S-corp or C-corp to get business credit. If you already have one, you just need to get my MONEY system to get started getting large lines of credit.

No housing division is needed.

I just ordered the UREG this eve. and I’m anxious to get started…should/can I register my LLC proir to receiving your materials w/out jeapordizing the structure/messing up the formation of the LLC and therby losing opp. to obtain bus. credit lines. In other words, will I miss import. info needed for each LLC formation and screw-up my chances of getting credit?

TOM’S ANSWER – Go ahead and start your new LLC right away. Just make sure to use a home office mailing address NOT a PO Box when you register the LLC.

When you get your UREG package from me in a few days you will find out exactly how to take the next steps.

How long do it take to get the lines of credit after you start the business and do I have to have a business credit profile and a duns number

TOM’S ANSWER – you do not need a D and B number, you do not need a Paydex score.

My system lets you get the money through a STATED income appl. With each lender!

Here is a list of the issues most people want to know about…

For example you might think…

1. It will be to hard to get the $200,000.
Not true, it is a simple recipe that you will follow that shows you exactly how to get this money. You don’t have to be a baker to make a great cake – just follow the recipe.

2. My credit is already bad so it won’t work for me.
Not true, your personal credit will have nothing to do with your business credit if you follow all the steps of the recipe.

3. What else will it cost me after I get the system, because my funds are limited?
As I said, there is nothing more you need once you get this system. Simply file for a business name. Which can be self filed in most states for under $40

4. What are the interest rates on these business lines of credit?
Some of the lenders I will refer you to offer 0% for the first 9 months. And this money does not cost any points or pre-paids.

5. Does this really work, there are a lot of scams out there!
I understand your concern, that is why we back up our product with a ONE YEAR return policy. So you can be sure it works exactly as advertised.

Thousands of people just like you have investing in this amazing money system. They come from all walks of life and from every part of the country. Look at their video testimonials on the website and listen for yourself to their rave reviews.
6. Will I get help when I have a question?
Absolutely – we offer automated website support 24/7 and LIVE telephone call in times several times each month to answer any question you may have.

7. Will this hurt my personal credit score?
No – It will not effect your personal credit score if you get credit in the name of a business and follow all the steps.

8. Is this system worth the cost – what is the value of your manual, workbook, set of audio CD’s and CD rom?
I believe the trademarked system I am offering you that shows you where and how to get this business credit is priceless! Think about it – I am going to show you exactly how to get hundreds of thousands of dollars that never show a balance on your personal credit report. I will walk you through every step of the process and provide you will detailed templates to follow to assure your success the very first time you try it. This kind of copy righted system is worth every penny you will invest in it. It’s like buying money for pennies on the dollar.

Deborah’s next question

Deborah
You stated on an interview I heard you on say that you have 18 companies. What are the functions, role, purpose of each company. So that when I form companies it will give me an idea of what that company is doing such as property management. I understand that you are not an attorney nor an accountant, but to give me an idea and a model to look at when you state what each company does could you tell me what form of business they are such as C, LLC, S, Partnership. Thanks Again

TOM’S ANSWER – Each LLC I formed was set up to go out and get $200,000 in new business credit and invest that money in several pieces of real estate.

Each LLC does it’s own property management or hires an outside company to do it.

How much will it cost for Tom’s advanced mentoring program and which product offers this service free? How will Tom introduce me to people who would be beneficial to do deals with and are these private lenders or private individuals? How much will it cost me to subscribe to Tom’s Partnership Q&A, a bi-monthly call, which gives you the opportunity to network with like-minded investors, ask questions, and meet the perfect investing partner? Tell me the difference between Tom’s $795 and $297 and $97 products he has on the internet?

TOM’S ANSWER – The cash flow inner circle membership is the program you are asking about. If you do not own the $200,000 money system yet – the best value is to get the money system and the inner circle membership as a discounted $795 package @
www.GetYourCashflowInnerCircle.Biz

Inner circle members enjoy all the benefits you are looking for, like member networking with other private inner circle members.

The money system alone is $297 and offers
no inner circle benefits or networking opportunities.

The $97 product is an single group live call that teaches you the principals of forming partnerships, but does not give you the opportunity to network.

Some of the applications I am receiving in the mail do not ask for my business tax ID number. I’m afraid to send these in if the activity will show up on my personal credit history. Am I incorrect and if not how do I get the correct application from these companies? Thanks.

TOM’S ANSWER – Relax, many lenders no longer require a FEIN on the business credit application. If the application is in the name of the business it will not be reported on your personal credit report. If it is a business credit application, in the name of your business – that normal activity will not be reported on your personal credit report.

I personally have hundreds of these kind of lines of credit, and they are all invisible on my personal credit report.
