I’m doing my very first rehab,i put this deal together before i got your course. The loan was done in my name they put the money for rehab in escrow and i can only draw down win i finish with the work now i don’t have any cash to buy material so i’m going get credit cards from hardware stores. I have a LLC which i set last year with no activity should try to get the cards in my LLC.

TOM - this is a great example of why you should use business lines of credit and not this kind of hard money that gets locked up in an escrow acct.

Yes you should get credit now in your LLC. Get my system and follow the step by step templates to complete the appl. Correctly. And use the bankers on my contact list for the fastest approvals.

What is the fastest way to increase the lines of credit up to 200k? Did you find any shortcuts to speed up the process?

And if you have a partner in your LLC you may be able to get more lines of credit faster than if you do it all alone.

Hello Tom, I have recently been laid off. Will this effect my ability to get loans for real estate? My wife and I have small business we started a year ago. We are joint owners. Could we use that business to secure business lines of credit for real estate?

TOM - you do not need a job to get business credit lines. And you can use your existing business name and my list of lenders to get credit lines for anything you want - like real estate investing!

How long does it usually take once you send in an application to receive the credit card?

TOM - each lenders varies. It is normally a few weeks.
