CAN I USE THE LINE OF CREDIT TO BUY PRE CONSTRUCTION PROPERTIES?

TOM’S ANSWER – yes you can use the money from business lines of credit to invest in anything. There are no restrictions to what you use the money for. You can buy -
New construction.
Foreclosures.
Apt. buildings.
Race horses. (I did this once with a business line of credit – but I don’t recommend it!)

what is the first order of business in obtaining a line of credit.

TOM’S ANSWER – Get my Ultimate real estate investor’s guide and follow each step. Then form a entity like an LLC so you can get credit from the lenders I refer you to.

How do you get lenders to give you maximum credit card limits if they are not doing so?

TOM’S ANSWER – It is very important that you follow the template I provide for you when you fill out a business credit application.

If you do not use the exact stated income information on an application, you will not get the full amount of credit available.
