You stated on an interview I heard you on say that you have 18 companies. What are the functions, role, purpose of each company. So that when I form companies it will give me an idea of what that company is doing such as property management. I understand that you are not an attorney nor an accountant, but to give me an idea and a model to look at when you state what each company does could you tell me what form of business they are such as C, LLC, S, Partnership. TOM’S ANSWER – Each LLC I formed was set up to go out and get $200,000 in new business credit and invest that money in several pieces of real estate.
Each LLC does it’s own property management or hires an outside company to do it.
