Thanks so much for your wonderful tele-seminar… It was very informative. 1) Would like to know if, once a person opens a business, if they need to become incorporated before being able to start getting unsecured lines of business credit? 2) If you are already incorporated, do you need to make a housing division before you start getting business credit? TOM’S ANSWER – Yes, you need a entity like an LLC, S-corp or C-corp to get business credit. If you already have one, you just need to get my MONEY system to get started getting large lines of credit.
No housing division is needed.
