I’m doing my very first rehab,i put this deal together before i got your course. The loan was done in my name they put the money for rehab in escrow and i can only draw down win i finish with the work now i don’t have any cash to buy material so i’m going get credit cards from hardware stores. I have a LLC which i set last year with no activity should try to get the cards in my LLC.
TOM - this is a great example of why you should use business lines of credit and not this kind of hard money that gets locked up in an escrow acct.
Yes you should get credit now in your LLC. Get my system and follow the step by step templates to complete the appl. Correctly. And use the bankers on my contact list for the fastest approvals.
