Hello Tom, I have recently been laid off. Will this effect my ability to get loans for real estate? My wife and I have small business we started a year ago. We are joint owners. Could we use that business to secure business lines of credit for real estate?
TOM - you do not need a job to get business credit lines. And you can use your existing business name and my list of lenders to get credit lines for anything you want - like real estate investing!
